Foreign citizens will have to provide proof of their ability to stay in quarantine for 14 days before they are allowed entry. Said proof must be provided at an Israeli consulate <em>before<\/em> the visit to Israel.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">On the 19th of March 2020, the Israeli Ministry of Interior, border control department, further restricted entry to Israel for all foreign nationals, with the exception of those who can prove that their center of life is in Israel.
